MAKE A COMPLAINT

Old Catton Parish Council has adopted a formal procedure for complaints. 

If you wish to make a complaint regarding the Council, its services or facilities you can contact the Clerk by either visiting the office, by telephone, post or email.

How long the process will take:

  • Initial acknowledgement of complaint within 48 hours confirming how the complaint will be dealt with
  • A decision from the Clerk or Council within 20 days.
